Will the engraving fade or scratch over time?
No. The image is permanently etched into the glass with a precision diode laser — it's not printed or stuck on. It will never fade, peel, or scratch off, even after years on a sunny shelf.
What kind of photo works best?
Clear, well-lit photos with good contrast between the subject and background work best. Phone photos are perfect — just make sure the faces are sharp and not too far away. Don't worry if it's not studio quality, our team manually retouches every image before engraving.
How long until I receive my order?
Every piece is made to order in our Australian studio and ships within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery across Australia is 2–5 business days, so most orders arrive within a week of being placed.
Will I see a preview before it's made?
Yes. Within 24 hours of ordering, we'll email you a digital proof showing exactly how your engraved glass will look. Nothing goes to the laser until you've approved it — and you can request edits if anything needs adjusting.
What if it arrives damaged?
We've got you covered. Every order is protected by our breakage guarantee — if your glass arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it free of charge, no questions asked.
Can I engrave text instead of a photo?
Absolutely. You can engrave text, names, dates, song lyrics, or vows — on their own or alongside a photo. Just add your custom text in the personalisation field at checkout and we'll handle the layout.
